Monitoring and review of site KPIs: Actively monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify variations and implement actions for optimization, ensuring all sites operate at the same maturity level. Development of shutdown optimization procedures: Assists in developing and implementing procedures tailored to optimize the shutdown process for your specific needs. Optimization of warranty, repairs, and routable processes: Assess and optimize these processes within the AAP group, standardizing and implementing measures and KPIs for continuous improvement. Waste management improvement: Identify poor performers contributing to waste management and work with service providers to establish baseline standards, conduct site visits, and ensure quality inspections during maintenance, shutdowns, repairs, and equipment purchases. Technical compliance audits: Conduct ad hoc compliance audits on various sites to measure compliance with critical standards. Process improvement in the supply chain domain: Participate in projects related to process improvement, including warehouse management, stacking and storage practices, warranty and repair management, inventory management, and just-in-time resourcing. Engineering draughting and data management: Establish effective draughting and data management processes to support change management requirements. Clarity between OPEX and CAPEX deliverables: Adopt accepted project and change management principles to bring understanding and clarity to these deliverables. Facilities, tools, and workshops optimization: Establish procedures to standardize the minimum requirements for engineering-related workshops, ensuring optimal quality of work when needed.
