Standards Committee: Implement and manage the Standards committee process. Audit Management: Conduct and review 3rd party audit reports. Implement actions to reduce and comply with gaps and guidelines at operations level. Centralized Audits Schedule: Establish and optimize audit and assessments schedules. Include critical shutdowns and major asset replacements. Facilitate planning and scheduling of events between departments. Compliance Audits: Conduct Technical Standards ad hoc compliance audits. Measure compliance to specific critical standards. Standard Alignment: Implement a process to reduce and align standards at various levels of the organization. Aiming for improved compliance across the organization.
