Service Description
Role Profile Review: Review requirements for artisans, supervisors, foremen, and engineers in changed environments. Used observed gaps to reassess role profiles impacted by the changes. Supervisor and Foreman Development Programs: Establish certified Supervisor and Foreman development programs. Collaborate with HRD to create certification requirements for supervisors, developing and implementing the program. Supervisor and Foreman Development: Review and align Supervisor and Foreman development requirements. Collaborate with HRD to establish certification programs aligning with the Plan-Do-Review-Act and Asset Strategy Policy requirements. Planner and Scheduler Development: Review Planner and Scheduler development. Collaborate with HRD to set requirements for a certification program aligning with the Plan-Do-Review-Act and Asset Strategy Policy. Established a planner certification program through PRAGMA. Artisan Training Material Review: Review artisan development and training material. Adjust material to include Plan-Do-Review-Act and Asset Strategy Policy requirements. Provide engineering related training. Workplace Training and Skills Assessment: Conduct workplace training and assess skills and experience requirements. Identify gaps to drive people development programs. Asset Manager Development Programs: Complete and use Plan-Do-Review-Act and Asset Strategy Policy development program principles for continuous improvement objectives set for an Asset Manager. Mentoring and Coaching: Use mentoring and coaching principles to influence individual developmental plans. Implement mentoring and coaching programs down to the supervisory level as a minimum. Engineers Competency Standardization: Review engineers' competency requirements (role profiles). Set requirements to standardize work practices, role profiles and responsibilities via coaching and on-site workshops. On-the-Job Induction Programs: Develop and implement on-the-job induction programs as part of the people competency program, replacing the "Buddy system."
