OPEX Project Department: Establish OPEX project departments to manage significant replacements and upgrades not classified as capital expenditure. Facilities, Workshops and Tools Management: Set up a manufacturing workshop for on-site mechanical work, reducing labor costs and enhancing work quality. It also serves as a learning platform for artisans. Guidelines for Outsourcing: Implement clear guidelines for outsourcing or contractor usage. Establish a list of reputable contractors/service providers with contracted conditions when needed. Adoption of Project Management Principles: Implement project management principles in the OPEX domain. Engineering Design Office (EDO): Establish an EDO department to support draughting and data requirements for projects. Change Management and Digitalization: Implement a Change Management and Management of Change system to support OPEX and CAPEX (SIB) processes. Digitalize the processes for ease of use and efficiency.
