Service Description

Asset Management Policy: Assist sites to align with Asset Management Policy to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. Asset Management Standards: Implementation of various asset management standards, specifications, and procedures to align with the Asset Strategy Policy, promoting best practices and standardized approaches. Asset Strategy and Reliability Policy Alignment: Assist in the implementation and alignment of the Asset Strategy and Reliability Policy, ensuring it supports the overall organizational goals and objectives. Auditing and Assessments: Conduct audits and assessments (legal and mandatory compliance included) to determine engineering compliance gaps, evaluate the current state of assets and identify areas for improvement. Asset Criticality and Tactics Development: Implementation of processes to review/develop asset criticality and develop tactics, focusing on critical equipment/kit and problematic assets to enhance reliability and performance. Defect Elimination Process: Review and implement a group-specific defect elimination standard and procedure to drive improvements on various sites, reducing asset downtime and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Adoption of CONMON and TFM Practices: Assessment and implementation of CONMON (Condition Monitoring) and TFM (Total Fluid Management) practices. We review/establish contracts and conditions with service providers for both online and offline maintenance work, ensuring comprehensive asset management coverage. Measures, KPIs, and Reporting: Review and develop measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive Reliability Engineering objectives. We formulate reports and dashboards to track performance and share achievements or address areas of non-compliance. Reliability Engineering: Assist in establishing reliability engineers' roles to improve reliability, providing dedicated resources to manage and drive asset performance improvement initiatives. Human Resource Development (HRD): Implement learning and development requirements to support all asset practices and principles. We establish recurring group HRD learning and development management routines and update engineering role profiles and training matrixes to meet the latest asset strategy requirements.
